Their wicker design gives them the lightness of the other stools we reviewed thus far, but unfortunately, it isn’t backed up by a sturdy design. Many describe these as somewhat flimsy, and their weight limit is lower than most of the other stools on our list. With that said, they are definitely a budget option, so it is in line with getting what you pay for. They are a great deal especially as a patio bar and barstool set. Assembly of these chairs is quite simple, though with wicker furniture you always want to start all the bolts enough that they’re caught in the holes, and then go around again and tighten them up to full tightness. With both being nearly 4 feet in height and having a similar wicker pattern, the primary differentiator that sets them apart is that Great Deal Furniture’s wicker bar stools include armrests, whereas these do not. The armrests do provide comfort, but the lack of armrests gives a cleaner look and more modern silhouette. Also, if you’re seated at a bar or counter, you typically don’t really need armrests. Beware: some users have reported issues of defects where a hole needed for assembly was not present as in the pictures; but otherwise, these are largely decent bar stools.
